on Saturdays at The Spa at the Meadows. It is a wonderful way to

Spa day includes tea, snacks, comfy robes and relaxing music, and the following service options based upon availability:
A one-hour myofascial release massage with Michael Macrae.
A facial with Salon Asante’s Mary Watkins (depending
upon availability.)
A one-hour introductory biofeedback session and supplement review
with Sarah Stewart.
