If our environment is out of balance then we are out of
balance and on so many levels. For instance, our polluted waters that we drink
and bathe in, our polluted air that we breathe, all contribute to
our being out of balance.
How does that imbalance manifest inside of us? . . .
disease, illness and general imbalances and dis-ease.
What we do to help our environment remain healthy and
abundant is the same responsibility that we need to
take as to what we choose to put into our bodies on a
daily basis to keep ourselves healthy and abundant. We must first remove
the things that create the imbalances, repair the damage done and replace with
good support for health.
With my newfound knowledge, I began looking into the
different ways that the body can be cleansed. Fortunately, there are many ways
to clean up our biological terrain:
Eating cleansing foods, like fresh fruits and
vegetables, and fiber,
Consuming specific herbs and healing teas,
Employing specific detoxification programs,
designed to reduce toxicity in the body, (e.g.: colonics),
We need to make cleansing a priority if we desire
“quality of life” during all stages of our lives. Whatever path one
chooses, it is always wise to work with a trained and
certified professional that can help you through the experience.
My commitment to helping others understand the benefits
of cleansing is something I take great pride in doing, since my clients have
trusted me with their health.
My work as a Colon Hydrotherapist has given me a new
level of connecting with the body, and allows me to work with people
both as a Nutritionist and a Colon Hydrotherapist. The connection between the
two fields is indisputable from a holistic standpoint, but the ultimate reward
is in the eyes of my clients. As people get clean and rejuvenated, a new level
of vitality returns and that is true progress!
