You relax in a prone position on your
back, undressed from the waist down, yet covered by a sheet for optimum
privacy.
You take a small, sterile tube and
privately insert it in your rectum, so that the pure water can enter.
The water flow, which you control,
loosens the waste.
You eliminate waste naturally, at your
own pace, into the "reclining toilet" built into the table. Like the ebb and
flow of ocean waves on the sand, this process is repeated many times during a
session.
Sessions last about 45 minutes, during which you are
practicing the art of release, literally!
